After the events of eX Dream/2018, twelve years later, 'Rachel' Alrish and 'Aaron' Braisel were married, living happily together in the Philippines with their three children. Being born under a Guardian of Heaven member father and a mother that happens to be 'the chosen one', the three children's power were a threat to both the Seventh Nations Order and the Colonies of thirteen. As their eldest child, Cathy starts to see dreams, everything needs to be under control to keep them safe.
